At Aeros Foundation, we believe community sustainability initiatives (CSI) begin by investing in people. By supporting students, strengthening local schools, and building meaningful partnerships, we help create lasting opportunities in STEM. 

Through mentorship, shared resources, volunteer leadership, and collaborative giving, we work to ensure that young innovators have the support they need to grow, succeed, and contribute to their communities. Our goal is to build stronger educational pathways and a more connected, resilient, and future-ready community.  

Aeros Foundation welcomes companies, professionals, and organizations to partner with us in expanding meaningful STEM opportunities for students.

We are seeking mentors and in-kind partners who can contribute expertise, technology, equipment, services, facilities, or other resources that help students develop technical skills, prepare for competitions, and gain exposure to STEM careers.

Mentorship may include technical guidance, project feedback, workshops, career conversations, or hands-on support from professionals in engineering, design, manufacturing, technology, business, and related fields. In-kind contributions may include materials, software, fabrication services, equipment, meeting or workspace access, transportation, professional services, or other resources that directly support student programs.
